Transfer Request

To request transfer of your interlock device, from one vehicle to another, please login to your account.

Please note: most states require transfers to be completed same-day (i.e. the removal and installation must be completed within 24 hours).

Terms and Conditions

By requesting Low Cost Interlock (“LCI”) Ignition Interlock Device (“IID”) transfer;

I, the LCI client, understand that, to successfully complete my IID program (“program”), I must be in full compliance with all requirements of my Regulatory Agency / Monitoring Authority and LCI;

I understand that I will be quoted a fee for the transfer (removal and installation) of the IID and must make payment to Low Cost Interlock, along with any outstanding balances owed or have a payment plan for a pending balance, prior to scheduling transfer of the IID;

I understand that Low Cost Interlock must follow all judicial and monitoring rules as in some cases, proper authorization from my monitoring authority may be required before scheduling a transfer appointment. If this is the case, I will be notified via email when my request is processed; and

I understand that the appointment of the transfer may require the IID to be removed and reinstalled within the same day, depending on my monitoring agency’s requirements.
